Before you go

Three things that stop a booking going wrong.

Insurance with evacuation cover is required
You cannot join this tour without a policy that covers high-altitude hiking and includes emergency evacuation. We check the certificate at the briefing.
Two travelers minimum
The permit for this route is only issued to a group of two or more with a licensed guide. Travelling alone? Book anyway and we will pair you with another solo traveler on the same departure.
Cancellation, in plain terms
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 45 days before departure. From 44 to 22 days you keep 50% as credit towards another departure. Inside 21 days the booking is non-refundable, because permits and porters are already committed.

What to pack

Bring broken-in boots, a 30 to 40 litre daypack, thermal base layers, a waterproof shell, sun protection at altitude, a headtorch, and a power bank. A full printable list is emailed with your confirmation.
